Who runs this site

levonespark.com is run by [LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Levone Spark is a fictional character made 100% with AI. This site is not affiliated with the NBA or any team.

For any question about your data, write to hello@levonespark.com.

What we collect when you sign

• Your first name and the city you sign for (and, if you pick “Somewhere else”, the city you type).
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
• Your confirmation that you are 13 or older, and the date and time of your signature.

We never publish names or emails. The site only shows totals by city.

Why

• To count signatures by city and show the totals. That is the game.
• To send you news about Levone, only if you gave your email. Every email will include a way to stop receiving them.

Spam protection

To stop one person from signing hundreds of times, we keep a scrambled code made from your connection address for one hour, then delete it. We do not store your IP address with your signature.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers or ads. After you sign, your browser remembers it on your own device, so you see your signature when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Who stores the data

Signatures are stored with our database provider, Supabase. The site is served by our web host. Neither uses your data for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep signatures for as long as the campaign runs, and no later than December 31, 2027. After that, only city totals remain, without any name or email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your signature at any time by writing to hello@levonespark.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact your data protection authority.

Age

You must be 13 or older to sign. If you are under 16 and live in the European Union, ask a parent before giving us your email.
